Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer several shipping options to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping
Delivery Time: 5-7 business days

Express Shipping
Delivery Time: 2-3 business days

Premium Shipping
Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and the availability of items.

Important* Shipping charges will be included in price.

Processing Time
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your order’s progress.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship to the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations at this time.

Furniture & Large Items
For large furniture and other oversized items, we offer White Glove Delivery Service:

Delivery Time: 7-14 business days
Service Includes: Inside delivery to the room of your choice, unpacking, assembly, and removal of packing materials.
Special Considerations
PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
Multiple Shipments: If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
