1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled as a return in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.

2. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

Confirmation: Our team will review your request and confirm whether the cancellation is possible. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

3. Cancellation After Processing
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may return the item once it has been delivered by following the instructions in our Refund and Return Policy.

4. Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once the production process has begun. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to cancel a custom or personalized order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
